2008 Spring Ladies’ Retreat
“Send out your Spirit and they spring to life the whole countryside in bloom and blossom. The glory of GOD-let it last forever! Let GOD enjoy His creation!” ~Psalm 104:30-31
Friday, April 18 through Sunday April 20, 2008.
Friday evening starts with registration at 5:00 PM. Continues with dinner and rounds out with music and introductions.
Saturday begins with breakfast at 8:30 AM and two sessions before lunch. After lunch you’ll enjoy some free time where you can partake in hiking, crafts, horseback riding, a hay ride or some plain ol’ quite time to be with your thoughts and the Lord. This year we will have a massage therapist available during the free time. You will need to schedule the ‘free time’ activities during registration on Friday. The day continues with another session and dinner at 6:00 PM followed by fellowship and fun times!
Sunday brings breakfast at 8:30 AM followed by worship at 9:15 AM and departure at 11:00 AM.
This years’ theme is Women of the Bible. Our three guest speakers will be speaking about a woman in scripture and how they have affected them. Darlene Clark will speak during the first session about Abigail. Dottie Richman will be speaking about Mary of Bethany during the second session. Kelly Davie will be speaking about the Woman at the Well during the final session. We will be blessed with music from Polly Tyrrell.
